The Boat House is the kind of place that makes you say “wow” as soon as you drive up towards it!!! The woods , gardens and lake views surround the peaceful and remote property. Inside is just as impressive with the newly updated and stylish decor. Clean crisp and inviting! The house was perfect for entertaining 4 adults and 2 young girls as there are large decks, a gazebo, a fishing pier , swimming beach and a hot tub. Inside is spacious as well. Lots of room for playing, reading, crafting watching tv or just relaxing. We did all of those simultaneously. One other thing to mention is the extremely serviceable kitchen. We have had too many experiences trying to cook with worn out cookware or cutlery. This kitchen had great pots and pans , knives and dish wear. They ask you to bring extra items beforehand, such as paper and plastic ware which we gladly brought as opposed to needing a good frying pan and pots! The area is great for relaxing, doing lake activities and visiting wineries.

Absolutely amazing property! The house and grounds were pristine, with everything we needed to feel right at home. Greg and Spencer were extremely accommodating and responsive, answering all our questions and even managing to get a handyman out on short notice to work on a stuck gazebo door. The dock and hot tub were crowd favorites, as well as the firepit, kayaks and rocking chairs on the upper deck. Every detail was provided to create a warm, welcoming, and modern environment. Hands down the best home we've stayed in!

The "boat House" was beautiful from the moment of walking in, to the Panoramic views, to the outdoor grounds. we five were very comfortable in cooking our meals to relaxing on the Deck. Enjoyed watching the Eagles, and yes, the Mink and the water. Every inch of the house and grounds were well done. Thank You.

Beautiful home in an incredible setting. The home is immaculate and even better in person. The home is right along the lake - we loved opening the living room windows in the evening to listen to the waves and feel the breeze. The couch under the loft was the perfect reading nook and we all took turns enjoying that space, while still being connected to others in the living room. The outdoor set up and dock are so well planned out and generously stocked with fun things to do - cornhole, firepit, canoe, etc. There is plenty of outdoor seating in a variety of areas - perfect for sun-lovers and those that prefer the shade. The hosts were kind and easy to communicate with - thank you Greg & Spencer for a lovely stay! We hope to be back soon!

The entrance to their place is so peaceful and beautiful. There is a pond on the property and lots of tall trees! The drive to the house is magical. You head toward the house and at the end is an adorable house right on the water! The views and sunsets are even better than the pictures. We want to make this place our annual couples weekend! It was truly amazing!

Couldn’t recommend Greg and Spencer’s place any higher! We had an amazing week there with the family and it was a private oasis where every window had lake views. Kayaking, a great hot tub, multiple spaces to hang out and sunbathe or watch the spectacular sunset outside be it by the fire pit pebble beach, any of three beautifully curated deck spaces, or on the dock. The inside of the house was amazing too and you always felt you were right on the lake at all times! Check out the local wineries 5mins away too Quarry Ridge in particular was a fave. We’ll be back thank you!

Can’t say enough nice things about the house and the hosts. Overly accommodating hosts with a house that sits beautifully on Cayuga Lake. Sunsets were perfect. I used the kayaks many times during my stay. We only used the hot tub a couple of times, but it was a great addition to have.

This is the most spectacular home. Everything is stunning, beautifully decorated, top of the line finishes, and the MOST perfect location . Tons of private space, rolling green lawns, perfectly beautiful landscaping, an enormous deck literally right on the lake with so many chairs for sitting, beautiful private hot tub, I could go on and on. It was like a fairytale weekend staying here. The beds and linens were incredible (better than home!!) and the view from every window was marvellous. This was truly an incredible place and we can’t wait to return. Thank you Greg and Spencer!!!!
