Warm and welcoming home.Hosts are very responsive. We had four adults traveling together for a family event. We all felt comfortable with communal and private space. We had a fun family dinner and game night in the spacious dining room and loved the percolator coffee each morning. Fantastic home in a beautiful neighborhood.

I visited with my son while on college tours. He slept on the big sofa and I took the bedroom. It was a perfect fit for us! Very well equipped, super clean / updated, and very homey. Great neighborhood. Recommend and would stay again!

One of the best apartments in Rochester on Airbnb. On my numerous trips to Rochester for work, I haven’t found another place that is as well-equipped and lovingly cared-for as this apartment. Perfect for a single, couple or small family. You won’t find better.

We had such a lovely stay at Greg and Spencer's over the Thanksgiving weekend. It was one of the cleanest AirBnB's I've ever stayed in! Very comfy, homey, and very well-located. Also, Greg and Spencer were extremely responsive and friendly. I would happily stay there again on a future trip to Rochester. Thank you!

An unbelievably beautiful house in the most amazing location. I could not get over the views, the attention to detail, and the cleanliness of the home. They had everything we needed and more. It would be a beautiful spot to visit anytime of year (I imagine it would be so so cozy in the rain/winter). My three year old son called it “the special house” the whole time we were there. I would visit again in a heartbeat! Thank you Greg and Spencer!

The place is gorgeous, pictures don’t do it justice. Spacious, right on the water, all kinds of amenities. Greg & Spencer had the house ready, immaculately clean. Everything was as good as it can be.

Everything was perfect for our lakefront family getaway!! The home and all amenities were outstanding & as described…we pretty much played every sport and thoroughly enjoyed the lake. Our hosts Greg & Spencer were very responsive to any inquiries and their guidebook very helpful to explore the area! We definitely hope to return.

The house was beautifully decorated and clean. The views were incredible. We all loved sitting on the many decks, watching the moon over the water from the hot tub at night, the kayaks, morning walks through the trees to the end of the driveway; the kids loved the pebble beach and swimming around the dock; and I loved exploring all the ways they've renovated and preserved this special place. Thank you!
