Watch the sun rise over Cayuga Lake from your own private deck, then spend the day on the water. This 3-bedroom lakefront home has a private dock, guest kayaks with paddles, a fire pit with lakeside seating, and a great room with a wall of lake-view windows. Sleeps 8, with a full kitchen, grill, Wi-Fi and a washer/dryer. Year-round Finger Lakes getaway on the quiet north end of Cayuga Lake.
Good to know
Mornings: This home sits on the eastern shore, so sunrise happens right in front of you. Take your coffee to the huge multi-level deck, which has a dining table with an umbrella and a lounge area looking straight out at the lake. Inside: The great room has vaulted wood-beam ceilings, a big sectional, a foosball table and lake views from nearly every window. The kitchen is fully stocked with a gas range, microwave, coffee maker and a full-size fridge. Bring groceries and cook, or grab dinner in Seneca Falls. Sleeping (3 bedrooms, 1.5 baths): 2 queen bed, 2 twin beds, and 1 day bed. On the water: Walk down to the private dock, launch a kayak, or just sit with your feet in the water. Evenings: The fire pit and Adirondack chairs on the lawn are the right place to end the day.

Please note this home is located in a quiet, family-friendly lake community, and we kindly ask guests to respect our neighbors and observe quiet hours from 10 PM–8 AM. No parties, events, smoking, or vaping are permitted anywhere on the property, including outdoors. For safety, children should always be supervised near the lake and dock areas, as surfaces may become slippery when wet. Guests must provide properly fitted life jackets for all members of their group. We strongly recommend bringing lake shoes, as zebra mussels in Cayuga Lake can be sharp along portions of the shoreline. While rare, Harmful Algae Blooms (HABs) can occasionally occur in the Finger Lakes region, and guests should avoid swimming if advisories are issued during their stay. To maintain a safe and enjoyable waterfront experience for everyone, we also ask that guests avoid bringing glass near the dock or lakefront areas. Not suited for young children. The deck stairs are not gated, and the dock has no child safeguards. Children must be supervised at all times near the stairs and water. Cooling is by A/C units (no central air). The boat on the lift is the owner's and is not available for guest use. Swimming and kayaking are at your own risk. There is no lifeguard.

Guests have the entire home, decks, lawn, fire pit and dock. Kayaks and paddles are for guest use. Parking is on site. The garage is owners storage and is not accessible to guests, along with a few storage closets that are cleaner/owner storage.
