Stunning Home in Rochester's Park Ave Area!
You will love this beautiful one bedroom apartment on the first floor of our home. It has been completely redone and renovated and is wonderfully decorated and stylish. A fully stocked kitchen, incredibly comfortable bed, and a walkable neighborhood are just some of the incredible features of this home. Stay at this amazing home to be close to the UofR, Strong, Naz, St. John Fisher, Eastman house, or any of the other incredible Rochester, NY attractions!
Good to know
When you walk into our place, you will be in the large family room. There is a large couch & chair with a TV. The kitchen is fully stocked with a large refrigerator, gas stove, and dishwasher. It's a great space to cook meals and unwind after a long day around Rochester. The bedroom has a very comfortable bed with a gorgeous en suite bathroom. There is a front porch with plants and some chairs to sit during those beautiful summer nights. Our home is peaceful and a wonderful getaway for anyone to visit Rochester. It's great for Eastman School of Music students coming to audition, as well as parents visiting their kids at college. The University of Rochester, Nazareth, & St. John Fisher University are all very close by and our home makes for an easy drive.

The Park Ave neighborhood is a wonderful and cute area with restaurants & shops very nearby. Everything is very walkable and there are sidewalks all throughout. You'll love walking around this area.
