This updated retreat has gorgeous panoramic views of Cayuga lake and its sunsets, a spacious deck with a connected beach, 360ft of lakefront, and an indulgent hot tub. Good to know

Once you turn onto the driveway through the two stone pillars, you will feel away from it all. You will slowly make your way down the long gravel driveway until you reach the beautiful house that sits right on the water. Once you enter the house, you will be met with beautiful furnishings and lots of spaces to explore and enjoy. From the three well furnished bedrooms and loft with comfortable beds to the outdoor hot tub overlooking the beautiful lake, you will enjoy every corner of this wonderful property and home. Our home is a short drive to the McKenzie Childs barn and is wonderful for families with kids at Wells College. It is also a short drive (under an hour) to Ithaca and Cornell University. The Boat House has a Peaceful Relaxing Lake vibe to it. With the hot tub, gazebo, large deck, fire pit area, kayaks, and plenty more, you are going to love relaxing at our home here on the lake! This is a great couples retreat or a family getaway during the summer months. You'll love all there is to do on the property as well as nearby activities. Summer is better on the Finger Lakes! July 27-28 2024 is the Route 90 garage sale! Don't miss this incredible 50-mile event!

Other Details to Note

Boat Lift: There is a v-hull boat lift available to guests for an extra charge. This lift can handle boats up to 3500lbs. Pontoon boats and any boat over this weight cannot be put on this lift without causing damage. If you have any questions about this, please let us know before using the lift. If you would like to use the lift during your stay, let us know when you book or before your stay begins and we will modify the reservation to add the $100 per stay. Bedroom: The two single beds are in an open loft above the family room and living space. This area is accessible by ladder. This home is used by both our guests & owners, and is a home for the family. We love sharing this place with guests, groups, and families that make memories just as we do with our family. We appreciate guests that take care of our home the same as we do. We are looking forward to hosting you and helping make your trip to Cayuga Lake amazing!

There is a garage at the house, but this is used as owners storage and not accessible to guests. Please do not go in the garage. There is plenty of parking in the driveway.

Guest access

Guests have access to the entire home, permanent dock, and waterfront. The hot tub, deck, bedrooms, kitchen, dining room, & living room are all areas to relax and enjoy the wonderful lake! The garage, master bedroom closet, and shed are all owners storage areas that are not accessible to guests. There is a boat lift that is available during your stay for an extra charge. Please let us know upon booking if you would like to use the boat lift and we will make sure it is unlocked and ready for your stay.

Absolutely beautiful home! We couldn’t believe how gorgeous it was inside and out. So many great amenities, from the hot tub to the bath robes to the fire pit to the cozy fireplace in the living room! It was incredibly well decorated, had really comfortable beds, and was a very peaceful location. Greg and Spencer were responsive and accommodating. We’d all love to return to this very special spot!
